Feber 2018 waren wieder sehr Erfolgreich, von 25 TeilnehmernInnen erreichten 23 den Uhurupeak fr 2 war der Stellapoint der erreichte Punkt. Weiterlesen Laufen, Nordic-Walking, Radfahren, Skilanglauf und natrlich das Bergwandern wrden sich am besten fr den Konditionsaufbau eignen. Mindestens 1x pro Woche sollte man auch eine lngere Wanderung ber 5 bis 7 Stunden in einer Berg oder Hgellandschaft unternehmen.
